The campaign had been in the works for 18 months and was launched in March. Companies worldwide were invited to compete in the challenge by sending a 60-second video on what makes their companies a great place to work and why Queensland is the ultimate reward destination.
A total of 291 entries were received - 70% from the Asia-Pacific - and this was whittled down to a top 70-shortlist and then a final 20.
