The Fed is still printing! For the forseeable future. What do they not get about this story?
Today, the world has nearly run out of silver, just as paper money is beginning to fail around the world as gold begins to explode upwards in price. As investment demand returns to gold and silver for savings (as a store of value), like it will for no other commodities, physical silver prices will explode past them all, because monetary demand will return.

本月21日，利比亚紧张的局势导致国际油价和金价在当天大幅上涨，其中金价突破每安士1400美元大关（伦敦现货黄金价格报每安士1407.60美元或4293.18令吉），创7周来新高。
其实在越南、泰国及印尼等国家，因为政局经常不稳，或频频更换政府，所以当地民众危机意识非常高，进而较喜欢购买黄金，在当地人的投资组合中，黄金约占50%至60%的比例。
黄金才是真正的国际货币，其地位难以被其他货币取代，因此是保本的最佳选择。
获认证公司出售的金条或金币，都经过国内独立化验机构的验证，并附有证书。
“独立化验机构获得政府认证，它们获得大马规格及研究局认证（SIRIM）的核准。”

金条或金币买卖价差约介于5%至6%，即使今天购买，隔几天卖出，投资者也不会损失太多。
金饰品买卖价差就比较大，约介于20%，也就是说，一旦你要卖掉你刚买的金饰品，大概要损失约20%。
有意购买金条或金币者，可直接前往相关珠宝店或金行购买。
国人除了可直接前往特定金钻行购买金条外，也可以向特定银行购买。两者的差别在于银行没有出售实际的黄金，只提供书面购买证明。
目前在钻饰店或金行买得到的金条种类有20克、50克、100克、250克、500克及1公听，250克的金条目前售价约3万5000令吉至3万6000令吉，1公斤重的金条价格约16万令吉。

Jim Rogers: $50 Silver and $2000 Gold Inevitable
In an interview with Bloomberg yesterday, Rogers offered a unique vision of the future. He says farmers will be the ones driving Lamborghinis, and stockbrokers will be driving taxis.
If we see QE 5, 6, 7... even $3,000 gold and $150 silver aren't out of the question. In outlier (but increasingly likely) hyperinflationary episodes, even those price targets would become meaningless as $100 bills hit par with toilet paper.
My investing flow-chart goes like this.
Is the Fed still printing?
If yes, hold/buy precious metals.
If yes, don't short stocks. No matter how overvalued they seem.
When no, short more treasury-bonds (likely via ETF TBT)
投资者套利 通胀隐忧金价高位回落

受利比亚政治动乱的影响，投资者纷纷选择买入具避险作用的黄金，以致纽约商品期货交易所4月份黄金期货本周累计上涨1.5%。
中东地区动荡局势刺激了大量的避险和保值需求，黄金价格在上周五下跌前已连续9个交易日上涨，并不断创新高，部分投资者选择获利了结，加上沙地阿拉伯调高其原油供给，缓冲了利比亚等国内局势动荡对原油市场造成的冲击，纽约商品交易所黄金期货价格因此开始回落。
